We leverage our extensive industry knowledge and thorough market research to determine the best way to price and promote your available unit(s). We handle the entire leasing process from listing your property and screening applicants to securing tenants and overseeing their lease. Our goal is to help find quality tenants and retain them to reduce turnover and the costs associated with finding new tenants.
We also negotiate the renewal, extension or expansion of an existing or new tenant. However, you may designate outside broker representation to represent the property.
